Welcome Students
I'm looking forward to the 2007-2008 school year. I hope you are too! This is my third year here at the Academy and I can honestly say, it's a fantastic place to learn and grow! I know I am.
My class schedule is on the left and important links are on the bottom left. You will find most, if not all, of your assignments on BlackBoard.
Here are a few things you need to do in order to be prepared for my class:
- DO Bring your laptop every day.
- DO Be on time for class and ready to start before the door closes.
- DO Set up a Gmail account prior to school with a professional email address. Your first initial and last name make a perfect email address.
- DO let me know if you want to stay afterschool for help. I'm available between 2:35 and 4:00 every day to work with you.
- DO read my classroom management procedures document. We will review this on the first day of the school year.
- DO read the class syllabus for your specific class prior to the beginning of the year and remember, flexibility is key! The syllabus is a guideline, you will set the pace of your class.
